Important reminders
for individual bookers
- Reservation is open to all POGS members only.
- This reservation is for individual bookers (non-sponsored). For sponsored delegates, please coordinate with the company to avoid double bookings.
- Bookings are for November 8–12, 2026 (4 nights) for Novotel and Ibis, and November 8–11, 2026 (3 nights) for the other hotels.
- The deadline of reservation for individual bookers is September 15, 2026.
- All room categories are inclusive of breakfast for 2 and shuttle service to Gateway.
- Requests for extension of stay or early check-in may be accommodated subject to room availability.
- Individual bookers shall pay and settle 100% of the total booking fee to the POGS office upon reservation (cash or bank transfer) only to the POGS designated bank account. This is strictly non-refundable.
