Easy ways to register
Choose your preferred payment method below and follow the instructions to complete your registration. After payment, proceed to the official Convention Website to finalize your delegate record and upload your proof of payment.
Bank Deposit
Over-the-counter deposit with Reference Number. Your assigned Reference Number is located at the upper right-hand corner of your Statement of Account. It is permanent and serves as your unique identifier each time you pay through this option. No need to email your validated deposit slip unless you have other instructions regarding your payment.
Online Fund Transfer
Bank-to-Bank or E-Wallets (GCash / PayMaya) to POGS BDO Bank Account. A copy of the transaction and/or payment confirmation must be emailed to pogsacctg@gmail.com once the online fund transfer is accomplished for timely recording of your payment. Payment will not be acknowledged unless proof of payment with complete name and purpose of payment is emailed.
Courier / Walk-in Payment
Payments may be made in person or sent directly to the POGS Secretariat Office at #56 Malakas Street, Diliman, Quezon City 1100. For check payments, make checks payable to “POGS” or “Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (Foundation), Inc.” After payment, proceed to register online through the official Convention Website and upload a scanned copy of your official receipt as proof of payment.

Before you register
Free & Automatic Registration
All Life Members and Fellows inducted in 2022 or earlier, with dues settled by June 30, 2026, are automatically registered for FREE — no online registration required. Starting July 15, 2026, a unique QR code will be sent to your registered email address.
Online Registration Required for All Paid Delegates
Ensure you complete the online registration and upload your proof of payment to receive your QR code.
Processing Time
Allow 3–5 business days for payment verification and email confirmation. Please check your spam or promotions folder.
Convention Kit Distribution
Only participants with verified registration and a valid QR code are eligible to claim convention kits.
Non-Transferable Registration
QR codes are unique to each participant. Sharing or reusing codes is strictly prohibited.
No Transfer, No Refund Policy
A strict NO TRANSFER, NO REFUND policy will be enforced for multiple registrations made under a single participant.
